Your cam broke in the mail.
Not much I can do....

Tried to get you your cash back from royal mail but they were having none of it.

If it broke then maybe you didnt package it responsibly... therefore your liable IMHO

It was packaged the exact same way it was sent to me. I never packaged it, I only opened it and placed the cam back into it.
