right, my car has had Spax sportkit suspension for 3 years now, and even though it's a little hard i have always found it to be ok. but now its starting to get squashy and the bumpstop ( or what i think to be the bump stop has now disintergrated on the drivers rear)
So i need a new set what does every1 recomend?
a mate of mine has a set of pi shocks and springs the car is lowered 40mm
what does every1 reckon i should get?

:D

Bilstiens are the best but expensive.

Your bumpstops will wear over time anyway, as they get a right battering, don`t put aftermaket (spax etc) bumpstop on when you renew your suspension as the ride will be very hard. Whatevere suspension you get, try for top adjustables as they`ll gove you control over the stiffness/ride comfort. Bilstein shocks are the bollox, try to get progressively wound springs as well.

it all depends on what sort of driving you do, if you many use it for big miles the best set up is Eibach springs and Bilstein standard dampers, firm but not hard, and it doesn't chaffe your arse
