I need some tyres for my cav 14" alloys,they are 5.5x14 with ET49 offset.What tyres would be best in terms of size?- I was thinking 185/60/14? does anyone know what size tyre the GTE came with as standard?

The size sounds about right, you don't need 195's unless you've got a 2.0.

Plese don't let busses pull out.

Originally, the GTE came with 175-64-14 as standard, on steels, but I'm not sure about the later models....185-60-14's?? not sure.

185/60 14" are the usual upgrade on 5J 14" rims
5.5J rims will take 195s but you will need your arches sorting
