I want to get photoshop for my pc, is it adobe or not? and how easy is it to use, thanking you

It is Adobe, it is expensive, and it has a vertical learning curve.

Yep the current version is Adobe Photoshop CS2. As for eas of use, depends how adapt you are with computers to start with, the basics are simple, but some things get well confusing.

EDIT: and yes it is very expensive (but i heard of 'way around this')

You could try GIMP (GNU Image Maniuplation Program) which isnt as good, but is free.
