If it still isn't working try turning it off, take the card out, leave it 2 minutes, put the card back in and turn it back on. I've been told by the people at sky that this does something to the box and can solve some problems.

Kind of like when you ring technical support witha computer problem and they say restart your computer.

Got rid of sky and got a hard drive freeview box... much better.... unless of course you watch all 3 million channels you get on sky.
