black dash

im after getting a black mk2 as mines all grey and horrible, what novas do i get this out of or should i spray it my sef, also i have a digi dash so would i have to do any work to the dash to get that to fit back in cheers

fit straight in with bit of force

You can also paint a std grey Mk2 dash black - Foliatec do some good interior spray paint. Best off getting a legit GSi item tho.

folia tec is a bit of a rip, the company i work for supplies a lot of motor factors with lps (liquid plastic soft) in an aerosol which is specially made for vinyl and leather surfaces

halfords do a vinyl spray - about a tenner but one can will do complete dash, its what i used for mine

ive had a sprayed 1 before, looked good and i believed it was a proper gsi item, untill i went underneath to wire some stuff in and saw it was grey lunderneath lol

I'd use vinyl dye, never seen it on a dash before but it works a treat on PC monitors.

not sure that might be fore vinyl roofs and such where the paint will soak in?
