i dont know if this has been mentioned before but hell il say it. recently iv been cleaning one of my cars and all the plastic bits had gone a crappy light grey colour due to scratches and wax from washing and stuff. as most things you can buy are either rubbish or too expensive i tried using Black Kiwi shoe polish and it worked a treat!
the plastics as clean and restored as its ever going to get, so i tried it on the window seals and rubbers and they came up good too.
now thinking about it, shoe polish is a good choice as it cleans and seals, moisturises the window rubbers helping to prevent them perishing and it costs naff all for a tin! :thumb:
Hmm interesting. I recently used 'Back to Black' on my bumpers and vinal; it looked ok for a very short time but now it's faded back to what it was. Considering bumper gel as an alternative.
That reminds me I must clean my shoes sometime...
i use an auto glym one. its like a gel. that works wicked i think!

Someone recommended this to me once but I brought the autoglym bumper gel and it works fine.... just need to redo it quite often. I used to clean my car 3 times a week and put bumper gel on at least once a week.
Make sure you do the bumpers after you've polished the car.

Autoglym Bumper care. Awesome stuff. Stays on for a few washes & once its 'in' the cloth you dont really need to go back to the bottle. Just keep pushing it around the bumpers.
