ive been told you cant get subframes, and if you can they dont fit? is this true?
ive been quoted ?120 for them to be welded in. is this a good option?

i think that you just put the original nova subframes on therefore they will still use the runners.

2 6mm allen key bolts and 2 13mm bolts i believe
depends what make ur bucket seats are, i have cobra bucket seats with subframes that are fixed so u just bolt them into ur floor but u can get sliders and alsorts. what type are they?

if you buy new subframes, they are easy to fit by bolting them to the floor. just use your loaf and make sure you dont drill though the fuel lines under the car as my dumb a*** mate did.

easiest option is to modify the nova subframes to fit the buckets.

had a go at fitting one today, got mad and stopped after not having a steel disk for my grinder, and not having bolts that fit......so im off to the pub for a few hours to think about tomorrows plan.
has anyone attached one to the standard subframe..
or can some body advise me on where i can get subframes cheers
i eld to pieces of flat bar to standard subframe its the easiest way i had some universal sub frames what a joke drill 4 holes in the cars floor er no thanks even they would have been to high

ive just riped the seats off the standard sub frames and bolted them on.
anyway the front was too high so ive cut the bar down at the front and made new holes for it (the thing that it hinges on).
im going to do the drivers seat tomorrow, ill hopefully post sum pics of them and the false floor i did over the weekend.

Just use a metal sheet, weld or bolt to the standard runners, then bolt the bucket seat metal underneath to the flat piece of metal sheet.......If that makes sense
A lil like dan23, but one sheet is easier than 2 bars ;) lol
