1.2 V 1.0

I had a 1.0 in my car with a k&n and back box and the accleration was crap but top end was quite good an the motorway I got nearley 100 out of it now i've got a 1.2 in with K&N and same back box accleration is quicker but it will only do about 82 flat out so i've just got a 1.4 (not injection) out of a J reg astra and just wanted to know what is top speed for these types of engine's.

only do 82???? u sure ur speedo was not out cause thats well shit for a 1.2 mine does bout 107 flat out and mines 1.2i only with back box
