Have you ever noticed when you use your computer first thing in the morning, the icons appear to be in a different place than when you
left?

nope...

although if I click on explorer to search for something all my icons disapear and my hard driver chunters away for a good 30 seconds while it set up the menu tree...then they come back slowly

need to clear all the crap off my computer...

I have Aston so only have about 4 icons on my desktop... eveything else is on the menus! I hate using the standard Windows shell now...
