i went to the car shop the other evening to get oil to service my 1.4sr. the bloke gave me valvoline durablend. it says SAE 10w-40 synthetic blend on the can .will this be ok to run in my sr . is it semi synthetic

try olive oil ;)

It should be fine in your car, it`s semi synthetic. :D

mm 10-40???
nah, get 15-40 if u can.
10-40 may leak from ur engine when it gets upto temperature.
Get castrol magnetec for basic engines. (15w40w) for around ?16!

just use chip pan grease

15-40 would be right cause it aint fuel injected
