Experiment with how high you can set your rev's without wheelspin about 4k should do. Then pushdown on your accelerator smoothly rather than slamming your foot to the floor and also practice your gearchanges. There was an article in one of the mags a few months back on a 0-60 sprint test. With some practice on guy got his 0-60 time to around 6 secs from his previous of just under ten.

a rocket motor :) and loose lots of weight from the car and occupants :) and dont have a full tank of gas!!!

rally cam, k+n, 4 branch manifold, skim the head, even 10k boost might be worth a try

run super unleaded with octane boost, and advance the timing to suit.
get the head ported.
fly wheel balanced and lightened,this makes loadsa difference,lightened pistons,lightened and balanced crank rod.

I'll agree with ya my valver is quicker than a Integra type R. For more speed you cant beat capacity. Drop a bigger engine in it.
