hi i bought a kicker comp 1000 watt and ive just looked at it and it got 2 postive and 2 negative can anyone tell me why bcoz im lost hehe

do i just connect 1 postive to the amp and 1 negative to the amp ?

Same as my JL sub. I'm assuming you don't have a wiring diagram? You'll probably find you can wire it up in a couple of ways depending on what load you want to put on the amp.

Its got a dual voice coil. It needs 2 inputs preferably from the same meaty amplifier.

wire the 2 positives together, the 2 negatives together.

then connect it up as usual/

to be safe if you like just connect up one pair or pos and neg VC's

if its the comp cvr its dual 4 ohm iirc

What amp you running? If you can, find out what ohm load it will take, if its 1ohm or 2ohm stable then you can wire it in a different way for lots of bass!
