Does anybody know or recommend a firm to make me a harness bar for my cavalier, bit like this.

I have to admit that it looks very nice, but having survived three life threatening accidents with scars & screws for proof, I wouldn't trust it for a second. the belts are meant to be fixed securely to the bodyshell and be able to pass mot tests. that bit of climbing frame would not even get close to passing an mot, it has no triangulation (for strength). In a crash, it would buckle and let you go forwards and would actually cause more injuries.

If I haven't put you off, and welder/fabricator will probably make you one.

anything thats starts with that i tend to say no. lol But i get what ur sayin.
