whats the best cam

i have a 1.6 gsi engine an was woundering what is the best cam kit for it the 270 or the 285 need help please its slighty moddified with an exhaust an induction kit but thts bout it

I'd imagine its the one with the shorter duration (270) as an engine with a very lumpy cam can be a pig to drive on the road.

I'd go for around 270 too on standard injection.

every day like but i might have a 4.18 final drive for it yet depends

a kent NVO series cam (they are overlapped for injection engines) and with std management id stick with 285 TOPS. It shouldnt be that lumpy but it will be "peaky" since the afm would get confused to a point blah blah blah
