I got some weird virus thing as well, I think it's just some crap java script that fills up your RAM. Wouldn't worry about it too much.

I can't believe what a **** gaskell is. You can already see them turning against him on RB And if they don't have any rules and don't block people he's gonna end up digging himself into a very deep hole.

I think I may have to keep an eye on how he handles himself on there, it could get very interesting.

and yes, novaload is sh!t, i was quite happy in th efact i had 'grown-up' and wouldnt have another nova, even had a 106 lined up but was saving for a deposit, then i found this site and it all went tits up - i now have nova parts all over the bloody flat, a shell on my mates drive (his dad know parks on the road) and a rapidly decreasing bank account


and i wouldnt change a thing

I totaly agree with DM. NovaLoad ruined my life! I was quite happy with my 1.2 L Nova and using my money to have a life. Now, after discovering NL I have spent every penny I've got and have already planned what I'm spending the next 3 years salary on.

I'm in too deep now, there's no turning back. Although I may give up once I've beaten an F1 car on the track or at least killed my self trying.

I went on it, and now got some kind of virus i think. Saves every single picture i look at in temp int files or sommit. Keep getting windows media viewer pop up aswell. Obviously my virus protection isnt very good. lol

I note his version of events goes that he posted a pic of his car and we laid into him for being a chav; well, it wasn't him who posted the picture of his car first of all, iirc it was someone else who posted it and asked for opinions - as in "this is my mate's car, what do you think" - and thats what he got, opinions! The reason Gaskell got labelled a chav was because he came on and mouthed off and just generally dug himself into a hole.

We didn't label him a chav because of his car; we labelled him a chav because he is one, or at least acts like one on here and MSN. My old hatch looked just as 'chavved' as his Nova, if not worse; yet am I labelled a chav? (thats a rhetorical question btw... lol)

IMO NL isn't "clicky". Yes, you can identify groups of people on here but its not like the forum is split and each group shuns another. Example, lots of people have expressed interest in meeting up at the Cheltenham meet - new and old members, experienced and non-experienced, people with Novas and people without.
