How many different yellows were there for the MK1 Nova's?

Was it just the legendary 'Jamaica' or were there others?

I always used to see a mustard coloured Mk1 sat rotting away at Gurney Slade on the A37, on the drive up to Brizzle. Not been up that way for a while, wonder if its still there :D

D635 OKP - 1.2 Merit Jamaica Yellow, my first car.

The council took it away after a neighbour complained about it being parked in a communal parking area behind my flat - i was hardly ever there at the time, so it'd been gone for quite some time when i realised it was gone. Apparently they gave me a "30 days to move it" notice but i never saw it, and then they came and took it away. Swines!

W a n k e r s.

I didnt realise how rare Jamaica yellow nova's were until after I scrapped the 5 door and joined on here.... it wasn't in that bad a condition either... blown head gasket.

yeah, i inherited mine, less than 27k on it when i got it, blown head-gasket at about 60k miles left me without use of it for a while, but i had another car... then suddenly it was gone... and nothing i could do about it.

I've decided as a testament to my first car the GTE will be sprayed Jamaica yellow.

IMO jamiacan yellows too bright, the mustard yellow looks nicer.

Seeing the two together, i perfer musted, jamiacan looks a bit fadded. But you can never tell till you seen one in the flesh so to speak.
