Could u peeps help me? I have heard u can fit a switch on ur dash that makes the amp & sub kick in please may someone tell me what it is called!

it's just a switch to cut the remote feed to the amp

Any old switch would do, just connect it into the remote wire (as Ste says) and it will break the connection.
