is there a way to remove the sound deadening from the floor without marking the floor i know it can be removed by tapping it with hammer but this leaves scratchs

what about if it s warmed up with heat gun or is there a chemical (wheel acid tfr etc) that i could put on it to make it lift off ?

As Dergnova said, heat gun and scrapper works. You can then use brake cleaner to remove the sticky sh!t or a wire wheel if your repainting the floor.
