Basically, a pair of (female) friends of mine like to f**k about when I'm giving them a lift somewhere, so I need to be able to disable my horn and hazard lights, I'm comfortable doing everything, but which wires should I cut to fit the switches to?

the best isolation switch you can buy without hacking in to your wiring is dont give them a lift lollol

I understand that but other than the problems listed above, they're good company.

If you disable them tho, they wont work if you need them in an emergency?

That would be quite funny.. "sorry girls you have to ride in the back like little kiddies till you can learn to look with your eyes and not your fingers."

quality! lol

but as for isolating them.

find the live and earth wires for each. cut them, run them to a on/off switch. run the switch to the battery.

or place the switch already in the current wiring.

I'm just planning to add switches next to the foglight and rear wiper controls.

I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how to identify the right wires to save me poking around for too long with a multimeter :).
