I've sadly come to the conclusion to sell up :cry: due to going to uni and not having any use for a car,
now the car atm:
I bought the car from Vauxhall about 3 years ago, it has one former keeper (old lady) and to this date as completed 65k miles since Jan 1991, with fvsh. It currently has 13 months MOT but under a month of tax, i can put more on at extra cost. Also it is due a service, but that may get done soon anyway.

Currently is a 1.2 8v carb (12N - opel engine, 52bhp, but a bit more torque than a vauxhall one) runs sweet and strong, replaced the carb (for a weber 36 replacement) about 9 months ago, new coil, cap, rotor arm, leads and plugs. It also benifits from a k&n air filter and Ashley 4 branch and exhaust system.

Was resently changed to a F13CR from my GTE engine, before fitting was sprayed black, along with a new set of driveshafts. (the plan was for a red block and black gearbox and head/cam casing) at the same time a new clutch, pressure plate, release bearing and clutch cable was fitted.
Chassis:
Being a vauxhall, it contains rust, for MOT's i have had most of the underside welded, the only rust left is abit on the underside of the bonnet, on the drivers side inner wheel arch (front) and some bits coming through on the doors. The rear archs are solid, but one needs spraying properly. Overall, a good base for a project, I was going to get this all sorted as I was planning a 1.6 T40 engine and wanted it mint. Also a OMP Strut brace is fitted.
Suspension:
Avo Shock and spring kit (non-adustable) lowered 60mm and OMP strut brace
Brakes:
Astra GSi ATE front brakes with mintex replacement pads and goodridge hoses.
Wheels:
Undesided - probably some standard nova sri wheels in black, unless i get offered good money for the OZ F1 cups (just put two eagle F1's on)

The standard Nova Flair came with SR interior bar the front seats and dash, i then changed these for proper SR items, but still have the standard one. The drivers SR seat has the material worn in the normal place (been quoted ?30 to fix) Later I took out the SR dash as the fuel gauge stopped working (after i spent ?165 on a new sender unit) and fitted an Astra GTE digi-dash (tick style). The car also used to have a big ICE install, so custom door pockets and speaker thing have been made and trimmed in grey cloth. Other extras are the MOMO race steering wheel (Still have the standard mint SR one) red MOMO gear gaitor and a Richbrook touring gearknob.

The original paint still shines up, but is faded - could be bought back with G3 though. Its had paint to the nearside rear quarter and drivers wing has been replaced. Its also had the drivers rear quarter painted by me (not very well) The GSI kit was fitted and sprayed professionally about 8-9 monthes ago, along with a smoothed boot handle (now operated by a boot pop) locking fuel filler cap, half-smoked rear lights and new shape vauxhall and nova badges in black. Also since i've owned it, its had new plates, black mesh grill and red indictors and clean once a week.
Extra bits:
I fitted a fuse box in the drivers foot well which runs the central locking, electric windows and the boot pop. Also all the power and earth cables have been uprated (due to the install) and the whole of the boot and both doors are covered in Dynamat, again due to the install.
