i really wanted to get a fiesta si i want a nova gsi but 3000 to insure is pathetic anyway r the 1.4sis quick compared to srs or gtes what about the 1.6si is it fast any1 know.also thought about buying my mates 14sr its black 91 h reg new shape full gsi kit and black respray blacked out windows lowered alloys momo stering wheel immaculate tihnk 1800 is a god price?what should i do people fiesta si or the nova i love novas but want a newer car

I own a fiesta si and a Nova SR, and the Nova is way quicker! The Si is too heavy and restricted.

ok im going off on a tangent a bit but my mate bought a silver escort cabrio cos he wanted to be like fred durst in "Rollin" how much will he have to pay insurance hes 17 and its an xr3i. which companies are best for performance insurance

Hardly anyone will insure your mate on that XR3I.
Is it a Mk3 Escort or what? The older they are, the more they are up on insurance for some reason with cabs, I found this when I tried to buy an old Golf Mk1 Cabrio, and they wanted mega money to insure me!
Try CIS - 0800 028 29 29 - I was with them on my Nova and they were quite cheap then.
If not, he can do an engine swap from a Fiesta popular plus and get insured for a lot less! :)
