Finally got the carb sorted out now on my engine so thats it finished, and from taking first proper drive in it last night it definetly needs a rev limit. Is there any way of getting a cut out without having to spend the money on a omex or something. If not whats the best one to buy as i had a micro dynamics one on my rally car and it was ****.

1200 carb by the way

thanks shane

No offense, but watch the tachometer, when it gets too high change up.

Take it easy then. Whats been done to the engine? As standard they'll run out of breath before they hit the redline anyway (when in gear).

EDIT: Engine sound (webers) > exhaust sound.

1200 carb, l+b flywheel, heavily worked 1200 bvh, ast2 cam, 32/34, vernier, 4 branch, f13 cr with 4.53 final drive, believe me it buries the hand in the back of the rev clock in any gear before you know it, and thats with 16 inch wheels lol

Think your cheapest option would be Omex or something, try demon tweeks.
Cost around ?50ish i think.
