Calling all nova fixers n repairers

My nova is been off the road for a while now and i need to get it back on the road as fast as i can.

It has a 1.8 carb lump in it which is all mounted up and just needs wiring and plumbing in.

I want to know if anyone here has the skills and knowledge to get my car running.

What I need:

Engine plumbing in
engine wiring in
gearbox connecting up

Once the engine is running i can do the rest :)

?150 is on the table at the moment and im near leicester :thumb:

Plumbing in is well easy, wiring up may take some time, Gearbox connecting? I take it you mean the gear linkage, or is the box off the engine???

please dont tell me this is from an 91+ cavalier (injection) as there only 90bhp

if its a carb, will be piss easy,
im trying to blag a lift, could do with ?200 that will get me a nice samco pipe lol

its a peice of piss, theres no wires to a carb engine other than earth straps and starter/alternator wire! the rest is the same. buy a haynes manual for 20 quid and save these robbing *******s taking 200! you might even learn something in the process

General baxtor, if you reckon you could do it in one day (monday, bank holiday) so that it starts and is running, the moneys yours :) . Would you do it for ?150?

Also it is the carb 1.8 engine, do you know what needs doing to the GTE drive shafts so i can fit them, if you do and ull do it that could really help me :)

What I need - engine wiring in so it runs/starts
Engine plumbing in
Gear linkage connecting up
throttle and clutch cable connecting up

To sum up i need all the bits doing to the engine so that it starts and is ready to drive, if you could also do the driveshafts then id gladly give you the ?200 notes :)

Really need it running people. The ?150 maybe more is there for anyone that can:

Wire the engine (so it starts and runs)
Plumb the engine
Help with the Driveshafts (I have the GTE 22 spline shafts)
Do the throttle and clutch cable (pos)

(To confirm it is the 1.8 8v carb in at the mo)

Is essance the engine is the only thing holding me back and the moment and im not confident doing these bits so if anyone knows where hinckley is (leicestershire) and can help id be very happy.

I DESPERATLEY neeeeeeeeeeeeeed some motorsport or n e driveshafts for my nova wich was a 1.3sr and now has a 1.8 8v with an f16 gear box.

I need some and i need them like yesturday so you know fast as the cheaper the better.

DOES N E 1 KNOW N E WHERE PLEASE OR DOES N E 1 HAVE N E FOR SALE OR JUST HAVE N E I CUD HAVE??!!

IM REALLY DESPERATE FOR THEM!
