Help/advice need with interior styling please!!

Hello people, i have just joined this website as ive just turned into a proud owner of a wicked nova valver, everything has been completed on this car, apart from the interior which is literally dead!!

I have stripped out the back seats, got rid of the standard seats and put cobra clubmans in their with a 3 point harness.............just wondering do any of u ppl have any ideas about updating the interior and boot install??

Boot install - if you wanna make a big impression then it has to be a custom fibre glass surround. Not too hard to do yourself if your a dab hand with wood and fibre glass.

If you've stripped it out and put buckets then you'd probably want a fairly light install to match... go for a basic set of 6x9's and some custom mounts for where the parcel shelf supports are.... or a stealth shelf.

If its a Mk1, then you have to rip the horrible nasty dull dash out and burn it in a ritual ceremony. Its the law.

Then replace it with a nice tidy Mk2 dash :D

Interior will be dictated by exterior and colour imo.

I'm doing a custom dash with digi clocks, heater vents lifted from a last shape MG ZR (the round ones), in car PC and built in dash touch screen.

Back will still have seats with headrests. Boot will have basic custom install - sub in one of the wheel arches and some components descreetly placed. Door cards will be custom (not just blank boards) in keeping with the dash aswell as integrating another cars interior door handles (chromed ones).

Lighting will be blue led's through custom made dials and switches...

Basic ideas and will change as I complete the exterior of the car...

No dash > Mark 1 dash > * > Mark 2 dash.

mk2 dash aint anybetter, im getiing corsa one fitted :)

heard that corsa dash's are 10 x better then nova dash's but have been told to stay clear from replacing them as they are very hard to put in a nova, is this true??:confused:

ask cheeze - he has one in his old nova and had to cut and reform the ends because its a bit longer
