I dont think so, i know that on a GSi/GTE block the inlet has square ports, rather than round 1's like on the 1.2/1.3/1.4 etc and the injection system on the SRi is just the same. I've heard of doing it, but i forgot exactly wot ur suppose to do!

i've got a 1.4 si Astra head on my 1.4 sr.methinks its the same 82bhp multipoint injection head.
i just grinded (ground?) the inlet manifold passages to meet the nova inlet manifold.i then got it skimmed and ported it.put it all back together with my orig cam.
havent had any problems.
did the piston rings out 2months later though.
but that could've been comin anyway.
