there will be a recess in the bumper if i do, and yes the lights are legal apart from the reflectors, on which i have to small strips on the edge of the number plate

edit - if i do flush ill use a mk2 bootlid not my mint mk1 lol

Ive been thinking the same thing about my car baxter, and im not sure what to do, HOWEVER i did see a euro nova that was orange with the number plate recess made a lot smalled just to fit purely the number plate, think it may have been slightly smaller too, and it was right down by the bumper i think that looked wicked, if only i had pics:(

Think i'd leave it standard.

BTW, sticky tape reflectors dont pass MOT.
They have to be proper reflectors.

flush - just do it properly!

I'm with Stan the man on this one - lube me up!

Just remove the no plate light and fill it up...

I'd say de-handle only as you really do have to do a quality job to flush it properly.
