Followers

Hey guys, I need to replace the lifters and followers in my car as I've got a suspicion they're ****ed. I'm wondering whether I should get the followers from Kent-cams to match my ast2 cam or if they are in fact the same as the ones I would be able to get from my local supplier. It would be favourable if they are the same as I can get them much cheaper than Kent-cam's prices around here.

Any info appreciated.

jsut get a set from your cheaper place.

standard followers will do, i got mine for ?40 ish!
will be doing it again to my new nova hopefully :D
