Doesn't sound right, sometimes the piston can also get a bit gunged up which stops it letting the pads back off when you release your foot. Try removing the piston ruber gaitor and cleaning behind it, then fit new rubber gaitors. Might be just due to cheap camel shit pads. If the siders are siezed it will usually only wear one pad down.:)

Yeah davo, I drive around with the brakes on all the time.

The pads have worn unevenly, but I had x member trouble just after xmas, so it could have been braking funny from then. I have had is sorted since, but because it was braking funny before it might have carried on. The pads are what ever nova tech put on when I had the brakes done. When I change the pads, I'll have a look at the callipers 2.

If the inner pad has worn more than the outer (I think:-/) then it is most likely the sliders. Don't mess about fit new sliders and seals. Didn't novatech do this when they fitted them? They should have!:)

Plese don't let busses pull out.

Might be worth a look at the sliders just incase, and thats not a dig at nova tech, unless the sliders are really shitty in which case it is as they should have been done.:)

i had the problem with the left side caliper seizing which meant i had that side brakes on all the time. the disc went bright red with heat and the car wouldn't do 60! and thats a 1.4 sr. check this just incase. get yourself on a hill take your foot of the brake and see if you roll.
