converting to a van

I take it you cant just get the pannel to just slot into the rubbers (that would be nice) so how have you lot done it and how hard is it

yes as simple as that, the van pannel is a direct replacement and fits in the same as a window.

you can still get them from vauxhall at iirc about ?400 + vat!lol

just get some decent gauge metal sheet, cut around the glass and then spot weld in place. prob not best to slot into the rubber as it wont be thick enough and it will look odd. Just spot weld inplace or use liquid metal bonding agent - can smooth the edges with resin/filler to make a nice smooth rear 1/4 - could look pretty cool...
