m3 base plate dont fit WHY!!!!!!!

i bought m3 base plates and on the packet it says they r for a nova up to a 93 i just tried to fit them and they are about 1 inch to big anyone had this problem or anyone no how to make them fit thanks alot

m3 ones dont sit right - you'll need to fanny about with them - usually trimming bits back.

Take them back and put the Nova ones back on
