Standard front splitter removal

I have a mk1 which needs the front bumper and the grey plastic splitter (attached to the wings and the bit of bodywork below the front bumper). How do I remove the front splitter without breaking it? it has lots of little platic catches holding it in place which look like they'll break if I even look at them.

The plastic clips are just spacers that can be popped off (if theyre along the front of the car) - the side has 2x10mm bolts top and bottom securing to wings and the bumper itself has 2x13mm bolts securing the carriage bar on both sides of the car.

just yank the bumper and it will come off,

same goes for the splitter just yank downwards lol, i didnt need mine and couldent be ****d to be kind.

thing i found is the sr bumper doesent match up that well as the 1.2 one(sorted with a bit of jiggery pokery and a few bolts)
