Mines gone totally pear shaped, sometimes it works Ok'ish then other times when it gets below half, it just goes up and down, really strange..
Every Nova I have owned has had a dodgy petrol guage at some point, this one now has had 4 different clock-sets in it and 2 different ender units in it!
I reckon its the sender on mine right now, any help Ste?
I cant comment on the LED's tho, I think mine has worked, but then again I dont let it get low if I can help it!

I agree all Nova fuel gauges are crap, except on the digidashes.
Its best to reset your milometer when you fill up, when you get to the amount of miles you usually get out of a full tank, fill up again, I get about 230 miles on a full tank give or take a few then I fill up.

the senders wear badly (you would if you were in fuel for most of your life) so buying a new sender might be in order also the are quite fragile and taking one out they usually break/go faulty

My fuel gauge works fine as long as the tank is above half full.
Once it gets half full, the needle bounces up and down for a few miles, then drops to the bottom!
The annoying thing is, it worked perfectly fine this time last year!
I just keep it toped up all the time anyway, and fill up once it gets half full (empty - whatever lol)
Still bugs we though!
