OE manifold ?

Hi all im new to the vauxhall scene and dont really no that much about the red top engine yet...

Im wondering how good the standard manifold is on these engines are they restrictive ?

If so what manifold would ppl suggest going for ?

what other bolt on modifications would you suggest ?

At the moment it has power cap, pipercross filter, and full stainless system.

I asked the other day about handeling modifications so ive got the info i need thanks for that, so just after a bit more power.
