Uprated rockers

Was going through a few sets of rockers i have earlier,Lol.
And noticed that one set is different to all the others.
The part that touches the thrust pad is slightly different, and they have like a oil hole in the top of them.

Whereas all my other ones(that i know are GM) dont have the hole.

What do uprated rockers look like? I suspect they'd have piper/kent stamped in them if they were uprated.

Just looking for the least worn set to use in my new engine.

GM changed them at some point. They wer prone to snapping so the later/revised type had a smoother underside without a stress raiser/angled edge on them.

We snapped 5 on a 1.8 GTE when I missed a gear....

Can anyone identify the later stronger type?
See one has an extra edge, a arrow cast in it, and a small hole above the lifter location.
