Right ive got a 2.0l 16v engine from a Cavalier (G)reg, what I want to know is, is the exhaust manifold downpipe the same length as the Nova GSI one ?
Has anyone fitted a cavalier 2.0l in their nova, does the nova exhaust fit straight on to the cavalier downpipe or will it be too long ??

no not at all no way you need to cut and weld the cav one till it mates with the nova system

I have a 2.0 8v and I had to mod (cut and weld) the downpie to fit the nova exhaust.:)
