Yeah its hard you need:

15 men, 2 jcb's, 1 lawnmower, 1 strimmer, 1 industrial crane and 7 china plates

Look through the forum first and stop posting ****e

Need to be more specific... what engine, what car - I should imagine a 1.0 Nova engine would probably be harder to remove than a GT4 engine* lol

*this statement does not cover Burgo

bah every engine is easy enough to get out with a 14" grinder and a big hammer

the basic stages are shown here
http://forums.roybacer.net/index.php?showtopic=5825&st=20

1 - unwire elecs, cables and unplumb water system, exhaust, drain fluids etc.
2 - lift car as high as pos.
3 - suport engine on a jack (take weight off mounts)
4 - loosen the mounts.
(then you have 2 choices)
5A - remove the suspension arms completely allowing easy removal off shafts They need even leverage to pop them out)
5B - remove 1 track arm and 1 tie bar (i find the passenger side is best) and pull the 1 axel out.
6 - Drop the engine out (if u want to keep it do it carefully, if not then just let it drop - like i did.)
