1.2 gearbox

what gearbox does a 1.2 nova have? and are you able to get a short shifter kit for it?

will prob have a 4 speed W3.74 or a 5 speed W3.9, not sure about quick shift but should think they do!
although i have seen a really late nova 1.2 with a Cr4.12 diff.

Is there any chance that you could connect a 1.4 gearbox to a 1.2 engine??
and if so how easy would it be to connet up to the engine and the drive shaft??

easy, just replace the gearbox with the 1.4 item and put everything else back on it

check the numbers on the 1.2 and 1.4 boxes....
