cav bottom end 1.6

can anyone help me will a 1.6 cav bottom end fit my gsi i no astra do but will the cav need to no asap cheers pete

well i know the red top is in the caliber, cav and astra gte so i would have thought so

on on bout nova gsi and which cavs have a small block what will fit and which have the big block what wont

If the cavalier engine is marked as 16sv (provided you have the rest of the engine) then yes it will fit as it is small block.

If it is marked SE then no because it is a big block engine.

Basically smallblock cav bottom end yes, big block no.
