erm hello i had a blow out last nite and i manged to get away with a miner bit danage to the alloy and the tyre was f**ked. well on cuming homw me gf step dad had llok at the car he hadn seen it yet (workes for the rac GOOD LAD LIKE) HE INFORMED ME ME FRON SHOCKS ARE GONE so i need some advise on the bbest cheap route for a set for now just to get me by while i save for a full set up. pm or post on this i will be grate full. :)

put a post up here, std shocks go really cheap, fit them and save for a good set of aftermarket shocks

I think standard shocks are only about ?12 each.
As baxter said tho, may as well take this chance to upgrade.
