my car is still not all there in every gear at the bottom end,put my foot down ,the car seems to misfire,then picks straight up after a couple of seconds.
what could it be ????
tried new plugs and leads and fuel filter
what else could i try ?

also what order should the spark plugs be in the distributor ?

do 2L8v's have a throttle postion sensor?

its a 2.0 8v??? why did you say.

Its likely to the the idle control valve.

where can i find the idle control valve ?

on an 8v - its the metal cylinder show just above the ohc logo

theyre a common part to fcuk up, but easy enough to find, theyre shared with 2.0 16v redtops, v6s, and even some volvos, its a bosch part.
