Just the T40s on their own?
If so i wouldn't bother.

But if your having a aftermarket cam etc then its worth it.

As Long live the nove said, if you are planning on fitting an after market cam T40s are the way to go as they can be set up for the cam you're using. The standard injection system is probably more effective than T40s on a standard engine but will be confused by a non standard cam. If you are only going to be doing some porting stick with the Injection system.

As for the engine having done 95k, you could always recondition it with reground crank, honed cylinders and new pistons etc. It will set you back a couple of hundred pounds but in my opinion worth doing if you're looking to mod your engine.
