Off to the Nurburgring again....

Well its that time of year again where **** Yeah go on tour!

Me, Chris, Mr Bishop, Mr Beeson and many more will be meeting up at the Nurburgring to spend 5 days lapping:eek: Fingers crossed all the cars will hold up to the abuse, still building the one i will mainly be travelling inlol

Beestie's Nova should upset a few locals this year what with a new top speed of 157 mph:tard: and willwood brakes (i am not going in it this year...) Andy will be in his brand spanking new company car which he says he wont take on the track but may find the keys missing in the morning:p And Chris, well he's just bloody mad! Look out for our filmed laps on our return.

Going to be a VERY busy weekend, so we are travelling over night on wednesday to get out on the track on Thursday so keep an eye open on the ring photo sites for pictures of the cars;)

Just got one more job to do to it in the morning then a wash and load onto the trailor. It would of been done if it didnt break down tonight, bloody wiring.

Nope the Nova's far from done craig so off in my New Vectra Company car,
Just under 300 miles on it at the moment, so should nicely run it in. No it's not going on the track lol, if anything happened to it i would be kicked around the office on my return!!

Leaving Bradford in a bit, heading down the M1 to pick Karl up from Donington Park Services and then onto Watford Gap to meet the rest of them. Nice of my work to send me to Bradford on the one Day i needed to finish work early!! Been up since 5 to get here early so i can finish work early!!

Edgar will have Egg for us in the morning!! Looking forward to it after the hefty drive!! As said, we will update you all while were out there!!

I just got back today from the ring. Great fun, the place is like heavon on earth lol. We had realy good weather was 30oc to 33oc most of the daytime. I may post up afew pics etc later.

well we arrived safely.

We are really enjoying the warm (fooking boiling) weather at the moment, I have been burnt pretty bad today like I have been on a BBQ.

Managed to get some laps in on arrival on thursday night and had a day off today, I am going to get some more done tomoz and probably save the rest for monday night when it is a bit quieter.

Morning all from sunny germany..

Well what a mad trip so far, sitting in a bar in town with a vodka and lemonade trying to num the pain..:cry:

My car has decided to die on me after only 3 laps! Blown most of the oil out of its seals/gaskets etc, got to do a compression test tomorrow but looks like its new engine time. Was going really well aswell and looked like i may make the times i wanted this weekend but it wasnt to be. Just got to see how much it costs me to get a new engine fitted out here now, guess i should just bend over now.

The car i came in has had major problems aswell, it broke down on track and cost 170 euros to get towed off!

Mr beesongays car is just silly, he let me do a lap today in it and its THE most scary experience of my life the thing does 160mph!!!!

Anyway, going to get drunk tonight with the boys then its off to the track to do some spraying:thumb:

I always thought Beesties car would top out about 135 due to the FD he was using, can imagine that car is totally crackers round the ring though.
