post pics so we can see what areas need to be blended. As a rule of rthumb dont blend bumpers to wings or rear 1/4's simply because no matter how much filler you use they always crack!

if your talking side skirts the 1st thing it to ensure youve bonded them to the car properly using proper bonding method (eg tigerseal or silkaflex bodykit adhesive as well as the clips to secure it). If you can backfill the cavity with expanding foam so no water can get trapped in them and rot sills and to make the skirts more sturdy (most kits a thin and flexible). Then simple thing is along the edge where the kit joins the car is to key the paint (scuff up with wet n dry) and then add filler. You'll need to obviously build up in layers dont just slap a wad on because it wont bond and will sag - then when cured, trim and sand back, then layer more up until its nicely feathered (blended) in. You then need to spray it with primer to assess the results because I can guarantee you, you will not get a silky smooth flat finish without blanking it off with primer. Then repeat above steps till silky smooth. once youre happy you should realy skim the whole area with cellulose putty or similar (very fine body filler) - this will ensure all pinholes in the filler are sealed so when you spray on top coat it wont sink (absorb into) the paint leaving little holes or a flat dull finish.

just remember when spraying side of car to key existing paint and feather in (and take into account the colour changes from old to new paint).

Or - just pay a body shop to do it for a couple hundred...

Personally I wouldnt recommend it as if you do it badly then it'll look pish.

Also if you crack/break/dent something then you'll be kicking yourself as you'll probably have to take it off.

Would be better to spend your time and effort reducing the gaps in your bodywork by adding material. I tightly fitting kit looks just as good as blended kit. Oh and always remember... the bits your blending look much better when they are finally painted the same colour.

english thing? wher you from mate?

You can get bumper filler from halfords but its no better than normal filler - just dont slap it on too thick make sure surface is properly keyed before filling.

Haynes do a good bodywork manual - it covers everything from weldng to filling to spraying. Again halfords do it.

Silkaflex is good stuff - just make sure you get the right one. Tiger seal is just as good - dont use silicone based products coz they perish and you cant paint them.

i blended all my kit in....jus took time and loads of fiberglass matting and resin before i skimmed the filler over, it was well strong and didnt crack even when pulling the front bumper etc. true what the other guys said tho about not being able to change the parts!

Sorry just realised I'm being a spaz

must be all that filler getting to you !!

as another novice just starting out with filler id suggest PRACTICE, i know it sounds boring but practice on old panels/bits of bodykit that way you wont bugger your car and have tp pay ????s to get it sorted !!

and take your time/be patient

Funny you should mention that mate....

One piece of advice for all.. dont be a hero and think you dont need a face mask when sanding filler.

I had a bad chest for a week after doing two days solid work.
