How can put a turbo on a Weber powered engine? Is it possible to put the carbs after the turbo and intercooler? I look in the net ,but only idea I saw was to put carbs before the turbo (with only one dcoe 40) ,but I do not like the Idea to fill the intercooler with gas....:wtf: can you help me?

i think some lotus's came with turbo power an twin carbs, so it is possible. Not sure why you would want to put the carb on before the turbo, they would still be situated in the original position but the difference that they will be able to cope with increase pressure and have some form of plenum chamber

i know you can get a turbo carb regulator, which adds more fuel and pressure when under boost :)

tbh for all teh effort and inaccurate fuelling that a T40 turbo setup will give you might aswell do it properly and use the EFI setup from the 1.6 gte/gsi

Yep, EFI, far superior to carbs.
