mk2 conversion is just replacement wings, headlights, indicators, grill and whatever your doing with the bumpers

as for rear chassis legs, how bad is it ?

you dont buy chassis legs, you weld them back up.

pmsl - common rusts spots. take your pick on a nova!

as above - the chassis leg it part of the chassis so you just need a mechanic whos a dab hand on a welder to make a box section and seld in.

ffs SCRAP IT..... its shagged and by the time your old enough to drive it, it will be REALLY fcuked...

If you want to Mk2 the front end, don't forget you'll also need the clips that hold the headlight to the inner wing - they're different on the Mk2!

Are you going to fit a mk 2 dash as well? Stuart is absoluetly right, it will have gotten really rusty by the time you are able to drive. For all the work you are going to put in mate converting a rusty mk1, it would probably be worth just buying a mk2 which is newer and cleaner anyway.

I agree with this comment. scrap it :thumb: chassis legs are a structual part of the car and judging by the state of them i should imagine the inner wings and battery tray are also shagged
