you'll have to buy a six point cage an then probably add to it but going through the bulkhead to the strut tops

I got mine from the Roll Centre www.rollcentre.co.uk (http://www.rollcentre.co.uk) pretty good fit and not badly priced either.
Mine was a six point that went thru the dash, they only list them for either fitting in front of the dash or for one without a dash, its the one without a dash that you want, bear in mind that you've gotta chop a bit of the dash away to allow the cage to fit thru it then you've gotta modify the speaker grills (pressume its a MK2 dash ?) so the cage fits around them, also you'll have to chop the 2 shelves under the dash if you wanna fit them, you've also gotta move your bonnet release catch & you cant fit your sunvisors !!
Hope that helped.

bear in mind that some cages wont fit if you have a sunroof as well. i have a rear cage and a sundroof, and it is tight. just about works.

Its a fairly tight fit against the roof, i removed the roof lining on mine so it wasn't to bad not sure what it'd be like with the lining still in, still need to finish the speaker grills to fit round the cage as well, think you should be ok if your using the standard seatbelts as well.

is that welding round the rear struts for coilovers ? wasnt sure on the door bars because of where it needs to go thru the dash ( i want the front kinda neat ie not rally slag) but i reckon if you trimmed up some plastic to fit round the cage would look well smart

Yeah its to strengthen the mount for the coilovers also done it to have somewhere to mount the strut brace.
Reckon you'd be able to fit door bars if you wanted, i didn't bother coz its bad enough trying to get out of the buckets as it is without having to climb over a cage as well !!
Yeah i reckon it looks loads neater with it going thru the dash (once you sort the speaker grills) plus you can still use the blowers on either side of the dash.

does that mean the dash has to come out to fit it? as thats the type i want.

you know where the front part meets the floor, bit thats welded to the floor. do those come with the cage or did you have to make them yourself?

and do they all from that site come with the 2rear diaganols?

Yeah the dash has to come out to get the front part of the cage in, the cage comes with all the mounts that weld to the floor & with nuts, bolts & washers as well.
The Roll Centre, Think they list basic cages then at the time of ordering you can add diagonals, door bars, belt bars ect ... pretty much whatever you want !!
