theres a crisis on my hands. my father has decided to scrap my nova because its not roadworthy. despite being sorn he doesn't listen. i need as many people as i can to sign this thread so my father will not scrap my nova. all it needs is some welding.

omg have u been driving round with your exhaust attached like that? its repairable dont get me wrong as the suspension strut in your bonnet looks good. i wouldnt scrap it just get someone to weld it up properly

but what about all the money ive put into it.
i meen ive bought a steering coloum, cd player mk1 bumpers and headlights taillights and ive spent ?150 haviung it valeted and all the little dings taken out of the bodywork. i meen i only get ?5 a week. its alot of money to scrap. ive put all my effort into it and even gave up going to wales with my school. thats how much i love my lil nova. and plus the numberplates snazzy and catchy. its really easy to remember.

take most of the things off you want to keep and buy another nova close to the age of when your allowed to drive

all the novas around liverpool are stolen or on fire.
i can drive it, on private land, just not on the roads.
i reckon ill get it minted up. like a propper nova and drive it when im 17. that's a project.
am i the youngest on here to own a nova?

ye but maby then itll be better. i duno its worth a try. one novas a great nova. its such a minter aswell. its been reshelled 2 times.according to hear-say. and its got 7 previous owners all from the same family

If you're 13, then you've got 4 years of rust-battling to do before you can even drive it, pull any bits off that you're going to want, clean them and store them somewhere dry.

tbh you live and learn.... you can always get money back but you cant get time back... and you WILL be battling rust for ever with a shell in that horrid state. Ive seen better condition shells scrapped lol

scrap it, enjoy being a kid while you are one and can, then when your nearing the age of driving look at it again.

No offence intended but if you are 13 then you are still deemed a child and should be out doing things of that age group. From what i read you drive it as a field car anyway, so it will be ruined in no time. Been there done that and got the t shirts and it just aint worth it

either scrap it or get your cousin to weld it up and sell it. but by the looks of it it isnt realy worth the time welding up and attempting to sell it and defonatly no point in keeping it for 4 years.
