removal and refittin at window screen

the removal is the easy part gettin it back in is the tricky part.
ive seen people use fairy liquid, rope n brute force, id break the bloody thing again if i used brute force
any ideas of how to make the job easier??

i called a local fitter out of the paper, he came same day and fitted it for 20quid, job done.
