K&N PROBS

I just got a K&N for my nova,it was listed for 1988-1989 1.3SR and 1990 1.4SR-my nova was not listed,and the K&N is meant to fit a 2E3 carb,however I cannot tell if mine is this or if its the 1B1,its a 1.2 Merit,Late F-reg,please help

you will need the smaller holed k&n as fitted to early 1.3sr

Yep...you've got a 1B1.....just count the number of barrels....1 = 1B1, 2 = 2E3

I've got a K&N to fit a 1B1 for sale, but it's spoken for I'm afraid, otherwise you could have it ;) (for ?30)

I will try fitting this K&N-it seems to fit ok,just gotta try yhe jets,if all else fails I will have yours off u harpo :)-I sorta know what Im doin I think

ok,blokie at halfords(Ripoff,not Ripspeed) is gonna try to sort it out,Ive emailed harpo cos Im interested in his filter anyway,Im planning on building another nova as soon as Im mobile...
